If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Boyds online purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unworn and unwashed saleable full priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. During sale periods, merchandise that is marked down must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Boyds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Orders shipped back after the return window will be issued a store credit.

Altered, special order, personalized, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Orders paid via Klarna Shop Now, Pay Later must be shipped back. Returns will not be accepted in store.

THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM TO MAKE YOUR RETURN AS EASY AS POSSIBLE.

1. IN STORE
Returns are complimentary at the Boyds store. Simply bring the merchandise and the packing slip to the credit department. Credit will be given to the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit gift card.

2. BOYDS-PROVIDED SHIPPING LABEL
A return shipping label is included with the shipment for your convenience. Returns using this label are subject to a $25 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the returned item.

3. SHIPPING METHOD OF YOUR CHOICE
Returns may be shipped back using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns with a net purchase under $750, a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for merchandise not accompanied with a packing slip or receipt will be refunded at their current selling price. Boyds is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Boyds or boydsphila.com. In addition, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on excessive returns.
