Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Are signatures required when receiving shipments?

To ensure a safe delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders over $500.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Due to limited quantities, occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order or to limit quantities ordered. We apologize for any disappointment.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Once you place an order, canceling becomes difficult. We understand that sometimes it’s necessary, so if you change your mind within an hour of placing your order, please reach out to us at 215-564-9000 or email us at orders@boydsphila.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Does Boyds ship to multiple addresses for the same order?

At this time, we are only able to ship to one address per order. If you wish to have items in your order sent to multiple addresses, you will need to complete a separate order for each individual address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS BOYDS' RETURN POLICY?

Online Returns
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Boyds online purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unworn and unwashed merchandise, so long as the items are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less original shipping costs and a $10 return shipping charge.

In-Store Returns
Returned merchandise should be in the vendor packaging with all tags affixed and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Simply bring the merchandise and the packing slip to the credit department. Credit will be given to the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit gift card. Exchanges
If a size exchange is needed, there are 2 options. Please reach out to orders@boydsphila.com and we can assist.

1. You can place a new order. We will ship the new size as soon as possible. Once the old item is received back in store, you will receive a refund for your original order.

2. We can do an even exchange - however we will need to wait until the original item is received back in store before we can ship out the new size needed.

IF I MAIL A RETURN, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), the credit card you used to make the purchase from us will be credited the same day. If the item was a gift, upon receipt of the returned item, you will be sent a merchandise credit gift card in the amount paid for the merchandise. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Can my return be refunded in the form of a gift card?

Yes, if you make a return in-store, let the store associate know your preferred method of refund. If you are making a return by mail, please write “refund in the form of a gift card” on your return form. Your purchase will be refunded in the form of a gift card. Your gift card will be mailed back to you upon processing your return.

What is the cost to return an item?

At any Boyds store, returns are complimentary and must be accompanied by an original packing list or receipt.

Returns may also be made by mail using a prepaid, pre-addressed SmartLabel (enclosed with your original packing list or printed online). No postage is required.

If I misplaced the smartlabel that came with my order, can I get a new one?

Yes! Please reach out to us at 215-564-9000 or orders@boydsphila.com to get a new label.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards for online purchases. We also accept Boyds gift cards online.

We also offer 4 interest-free payments with Klarna so you can shop now and pay later.

How do I pay with Klarna?

Split your purchase into 4 payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks. No interest or added fees when you pay on time.

1. Add item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout.
2. Select Klarna at the checkout to pay as you like for your purchase.
3. Manage your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

How do I apply for monthly financing through Klarna?

Apply for easy monthly financing directly in the checkout. A simple, 2-step application will provide an instant decision. Once you’ve been approved, you’ll receive reminders and can manage your payments directly in the Klarna app. Monthly financing products are offered by WebBank, member FDIC.

What happens if I make a return with Klarna?

At any Boyds store, returns are complimentary and must be accompanied by an original packing list or receipt.

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Simply follow the Boyds' return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and we’ll pause your statement. As soon as the retailer has processed your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.

If I place an order, when will I be charged?

A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card when you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

How do I use a promo code?

A promo code may be entered to your order once you proceed to checkout. In the right-hand column, enter your code into the box labeled ‘Gift card or discount code’ and click apply. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Please note that exclusions may vary from promotion to promotion.

How can I get a discount code?

We will occasionally offer promotions & discount codes & sneak peeks to subscribers. If you would like to receive access to our promotions, please subscribe to our newsletter here.

To take advantage of an active promotion, enter the code at checkout.
If the code doesn't work, please double check the dates of the promotion and which products and categories it can be applied to or contact customer service

IN STORE PICK-UP

How do I place an order for in-store pick up?

To place an order for in-store pickup, select In-Store Pickup as your shipping method during your checkout process. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be picked up.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

Expect to receive an email from us within 2 business days of placing an order letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up in store (be sure to check your spam folder).

How long will the store hold my order?

We will hold your items for up to 72 hours. Orders not picked up within this time-frame will be canceled, and your method of payment will not be charged.

What should I bring with me when I pick up my order?

Please bring your order confirmation email (print out or show on your mobile device) and a valid ID.
