Missoni introduced an unmistakable way of dressing and living. Missoni is one of the leading fashion houses and amongst the most recognized the world over. The Missoni style is the result of a long collaboration between Ottavio Missoni and his wife Rosita. After marrying in 1953, they began making knitwear pieces in a small lab in the basement of their home in Gallarate. The path undertaken by Ottavio and Rosita has been carried on by their children and grandchildren, who continue to keep the Missoni style alive in the world.
