HOW TO MEASURE:

Shoulder: The distance between the shoulder seams measured straight across the back.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the center of the collar to the shoulder seam, then measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff and combine these measurements.

Bust: Stand naturally. Measure under your arms, around the widest part of your back and around the fullest part of your bust.

Natural Waist: Bend to one side and find the crease. Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Hips: Standing with feet together, run the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.

Inseam: Run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from the top of your inner thigh to point of wear.

HOW TO MEASURE:

Neck: Measure around the middle of neck (at the Adam's apple). Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

Chest: Wrap the tape around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

Sleeve: Bend arm and place on hip. Measure along the arm from the center back of your neck to your wrist.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Inseam: Measure along the inside of the leg just below the crotch to one inch below the ankle.
