Dietz, an icon of Philadelphia fashion in her own right, arrives at Boyds after 16 years at Neiman Marcus in King of Prussia, where she led the store’s growth to become one of the top-yielding locations for the national retailer.

A native of Philadelphia, Dietz not only grew up and raised her family in the area, but also began her illustrious fashion career in some of the hallowed halls of Philadelphia fashion retail, like Nan Duskin and Saks Fifth Avenue. Dietz is also recognized as a strong supporter of local philanthropic activities.
