Any holiday gift purchases made from Monday, November 20, 2023 through Sunday, December 24, 2023 can be returned until Saturday, January 13, 2024. Any purchases made before November 20 will fall into our normal return policy.

*Returns must be unworn and unwashed saleable merchandise. A receipt or gift receipt must be provided to be eligible for a return. No receipt will result in return at current retail value. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Boyds reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Altered, special orders, pre-orders, and/or personalized items cannot be returned.

Returns or exchanges will be honored within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise being returned must be in saleable condition: unworn and include vendor packaging and tags. Boyds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Altered, special order, personalized, and/or Sale items cannot be returned. Price adjustments may be made only within 7 days of the purchase date on full price merchandise.
