What is the cost of online alterations?
We offer complimentary alterations on full-price merchandise. For items purchased on sale, a $25 fee will apply.
What types of alterations are offered online?
We currently offer hemming on pants and jeans. Additional tailoring services are available in stores.
How long will it take for my altered item(s) to ship?
Please allow up to 10 business days for alterations to be completed prior to shipment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on the way.
How do I submit my measurements?
If an item is eligible for alterations, you’ll see a checkbox on the product page. Once selected, a field will appear for you to enter your desired inseam length. Please measure carefully — all altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know my inseam length?
We suggest measuring the inseam on a pair of pants you already own. Lay them flat and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem.
Can I get my item(s) altered after it's been delivered?
Alterations must be selected at the time of purchase for online orders. If you’d prefer to try on your items first, you’re welcome to bring them to one of our stores for in-person tailoring after delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item that has been altered?
Altered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure of your measurements, we recommend visiting one of our stores for assistance before requesting alterations for an online order.
Can I update or cancel my alterations after ordering?
Once an order with alterations is placed, we begin processing it immediately and cannot accommodate changes or cancellations.
