Are alterations free on all merchandise?

Can I purchase merchandise online?
Gift Cards are available for purchase online. To order merchandise seen on our website, please call our e-concierge at 215-564-9000. We are available M-F 9:30-5:30 est. You may also reach us via email at info@boydsphila.com

Is my internet order secure?
Your Boyds online order is secure. Transactions are completed on a secure server. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction.

What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa cards, Google Wallet, and Apple Pay.

Will my credit card be charged immediately when I place my order?
A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card when you place your gift card order. Your credit card will be charged when your gift card order ships. For all merchandise orders, customer service will charge your card during your call.

How do I change or cancel an order?
We can make changes to your order until it has been shipped. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact Boyds e-concierge Customer Service:

Can I use a Boyds gift card to purchase merchandise over the phone?
If you would like to use a Boyds gift card to pay for merchandise featured online, please call Boyds Online Customer Service # and we will process your order over the phone.

Can I use a promotion card when placing my order with the concierge?
Yes.

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Boyds online purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.  Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less any shipping costs.  Recipients of gifts may return online merchandise for a merchandise credit.

What are your return procedures?

Returns are easy. Please follow these simple steps:

RETURNS TO THE STORE:
Returned merchandise should be in the vendor packaging with all tags affixed and be in the same condition as when it was delivered.  Simply bring the merchandise and the packing slip to the first floor credit department.  Credit will be given to the original form of payment.  Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit gift card.

For returned items, when will my credit card be refunded?

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), the credit card you used to make the purchase from us will be credited the same day. 

If the item was a gift, upon receipt of the returned item, you will be sent a merchandise credit gift card in the amount paid for the merchandise.
